Overview

In Nepal's Mustang District, Muktinath is a revered spot for both Hindus and Buddhists. At 3,800 meters above sea level, it is one of the world's highest temples. It is known as "Mukti Kshetra" in Hinduism, which means "saved place". In Buddhism, however, it is referred to as "Chumming Gyasta" which in Tibetan means "Hundred Waters" Muktinath is most known for its 108 spouts and two Kundas, which wash away sins. You'll be gazing at the majestic Himalayas and the scenic aerial views of Pokhara valley.

Muktinath Cycling Tour will drive you through numerous scenic views and mountains. Places like Pokhara and Jomsom can be glimpsed before the ride. You'll ride through Kagbeni to reach Muktinath. Moreover, you'll be exploring destinations like Marpha, Tatopani, and Sarangkot. This cycling tour will help you explore mesmerizing destinations and enhance your strength.

 

Itinerary

Day 01: : Arrival to Kathmandu [1,330 m]
Arrival in Kathmandu. Our representative will assist and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel, a short briefing will be done about the trek once you have checked in. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02: : Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast, we drive to Pokhara.The driver will offer you the scenic view of the countryside along with the hills and river. On way we will visit to Manakamana temple, a temple dedicated to Bhagwati also one of the incarnation of goddess Durga.The temple situated in the hill station in Gorkha.We reach to a temple through Cable car. Continue our drive to Pokhara. Check-in to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03: : Fly to Jomsom then ride to Kagbeni (12km)
After breakfast we drive to Pokhara Airport to fly Jomsom,The flight will offer you the beautiful view of Pokhara valley then continues with the eye memorizing view of the Himalayas including Annapurna,Nilgiri and many more. Once we reach to Jomsom we start our ride with the beautiful view of the Himalayas.The trail isflat with some graveled roads along the river.We spend our night in tibetian village Kagbeni.
Day 04: : Ride to Muktinath (3800m)
After breakfast we ride towards the religious temple named Muktinath the place lies in 3800m named Muktinath.Today we will be covering 15km distance, the trail continues with uphill through the deserted landscape along with the beautiful view of the Himalayas. Stay overnight in Muktinath.
Day 05: : Ride to Marpha (2670m)
After breakfast we will leave Muktinath and ride towards Marpha, A place is famous for the brewery of Vodka named Marpha.The trail will be downward. We will follow same route till Jomsom.We will cover total distance of 23 km.Overnight in Marpha village.
Day 06: : Ride to Tatopani (1190m)
After breakfast we will have a beautiful view of the Himalayas then head towards Tatopani.The trail continue with dowanwards crossing Tukche village, a Thakali village famous for its historical and culture.Then finally we will be reaching Tatopani after 45km ride.A tatopani is the famous for the hot spring normally where trekker heals their body after a long trekking of cycling.
Day07: : Ride to Sarangkot
After having the relaxing time in Tatopani.We will be heading towards Sarangkot.The ride today will be easy as we will be reaching our destination in 3 hours approx. We will spend our night at Sarangkot.
Day08: : Drive to Pokhara and City tour
Today we will have a sunrise program early in the morning. The paranomic view of the Himalayas including Fishtail, Annapurana ranges and many more is the eyememorising.After breakfast we ride back to Pokhara. Pokhara is one of the beautiful city and also known as the city of Lake. After having breakfast we will have the city tour including Bindabasini temple, Devis fall and Gupteshwor cave.One hour boating in Fewa Lake. Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 09: : Drive to Kathmandu
After breakfast we will drive back to Kathmandu
Day 10: : Kathmandu Sightseeing
Breakfast at Hotel. The guide will assist and escort you for full day sightseeing including Patan Durbar Square an ancient palace which is converted into open museum. The place offer you the beautiful and historic monuments, temple, architecture of 16 th  century influenced by both Buddhist and Hindu religion. The tour also continue with the major sites i.e. Boudhanath Stupa and Pasupatinath temple. Both the stupa have gain the equal value in Buddhist people. Boudhanath is one of the largest stupa in South Asia. Pasupatinath is one of the sacred places for hindu religion. The temple of lord shiva, where millions of people visit every year. Back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11: : Departure
You will have your breakfast at the hotel. As per your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the international airport of Kathmandu 3 hours prior to the flight time and your tour ends here.
