Chitwan is Nepal's wildlife treasure trove. The fauna of Chitwan is so diverse and numerous that it has become a major lure for both domestic and international visitors. Chitwan, in the Terai region of the country, is the ideal place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature.
The tour begins at 5 a.m. when we arrive to pick you up from your desired location. We will begin our travel early to ensure that we have ample time in Chitwan. The travel from Kathmandu to Chitwan takes about 7 to 8 hours, so we should arrive at the hotel around 1 or 2 p.m. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be given an hour to settle in and freshen up before the day's activities begin. By 3 p.m., we'll be leaving for a sightseeing tour of the city, as well as a visit to the city's famous Tharu Museum. We'll return to the hotel after exploring, and at 7 p.m., we'll attend the Tharu Cultural Program put on by the city's residents.
We shall begin the day pretty early the following day starting with a 6 a.m. breakfast. We'll be out of the hotel by 6:30 a.m. The jeep safari in Khumroj will begin at 7 a.m., and we will then visit the elephant breeding center, which is one of the most popular tourist attractions. We'll head back for lunch after touring the breeding center. We'll be returning to Kathmandu after lunch.
