Chitlang is a Nepali town with magnificent buildings and mountains surrounded by lush green woodlands home to over 160 different bird and animal species. Chitlang is a beautiful place to visit since it combines natural beauty with a cultural legacy. The Narayani zone includes Chitlang, an early Newari town in the Makwanpur district. It is located in the northern part of Makwanpur district, on the southern main route of the 8289-foot Chandragiri hill. Many temples with magnificent wood and stone carvings, artistic rest homes, rock taps, and the accessible inscription of centuries (Lichchhavi age) long exist as proof of civilized culture in earlier generations. It's thought that a handful of the overthrown Malla rulers fled to Chitlang in the 18th century, where they were defeated by Prithvi Narayan Shah. A little shrine remains a short distance from the main street, with a variety of weaponry hung on the wall and where they're said to have worshiped for their own ancestral gods. Our trip will assist you in seeing everything Chitlang has to offer. The short hike that we will do will allow you to see the natural beauty of the area as well as the numerous old monuments that will cross our route.
